Wadaman has been manufacturing sesame seeds for more than 130 years. 4th generation master Etuji Wada has been personally roasting the seeds for over 40 years and is known as the best roaster in Japan.
This sesame paste has a sweet and nutty flavor. It has a variety of uses, from a savory sesame dressing to a sweet sesame cake.
Store in a cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate. Oil separation is natural; massage the package to reincorporate it.
