Need to make a return? Kiriko Made gladly accepts returns for a refund or store-credit on unused, qualifying items. Full refunds can only be offered within 14 days of customer’s receival of purchased goods. After the 14 days, we will only be able to offer store credit in the form of a gift card for up to 30 days of the aforementioned date of receival.
We have changed our store policy and are no longer accepting exchanges on returned items and anything returned to our shop will be refunded only. If you would like a different size or color of an item, you will need to place a new order online.
All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.
*All custom orders, sale items and pottery/ceramics are final sale and we cannot accommodate returns for these items.
*Any items that have been washed, dyed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for any refund or returns.
*Returns including multiples of the same type of product where all or half of the order is returned will result in a 15% restocking fee.
*Any orders where five (5) or more items are returned will result in a 15% restocking fee.
